Our client in Sutherland Shire is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to their team. This role is essential in their manufacturing process, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Shift: Afternoon and Night Shifts

Pay Rate: $36.44 per hour plus loading  

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery according to procedures
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operation
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work afternoon and night shifts
