Electrician

About the Opportunity:

New build project home electrical installation projects. 

Looking for a fit and healthy trade qualified Electrician's that can work on own, or in small teams across multiple new build home projects across Gold Coast and South and Western Brisbane Suburbs. Duties will include:

• Installation of metre boards - using hammers and star pickets
• Use of various hand and power tools - Inc. drills, saws and other batter powered tools
• Installation of wiring systems - timber and steel frames (pre-wire)
• Climbing and working in roof cavities
• Working from ladders
• Fit off and testing of electrical systems - Light, power, smoke alarms, data / t.v
• Using software for checklist from an iPad and recording of the test results
• Maintaining company vehicle
• Working with and supervising apprentices
• Driving a company vehicle to pick up gear from suppliers

About You:

• Trade Qualified Electrical with a Qld Electrical Licence
• Current LVR / CPR Required
• Able to work across Southern / Western Brisbane suburbs and Gold Coast.
• Experience in new build residential homes
• Physically Fit - able to work in roof cavities
• Hold a Construction Safety White Card
• Have Own Reliable Transport

On Offer:

• Pay Rate $43.00 
• Temp to Perm role 
• Hours of Work: Mon to Fri 6:30am to 4pm
• Travel Paid Daily: $21.50 per day
• Overtime: Available and payable when applicable.
• Work for a friendly company that offer full support and training
• Weekly pay cycle.
