Join a leading food manufacturer in Australia, currently expanding their well-established permanent workforce within the Maintenance Team.

This position offers a day shift for a Trade Qualified Electrician with experience or a desire to gain experience within an FMCG Manufacturing Environment.

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will:

- Work within the maintenance team, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining manufacturing plant equipment.
- Provide scheduled preventative electrical maintenance.
- Attend to breakdowns promptly.
- Offer a range of electrical services to factory plant and equipment.
- Test, inspect, and diagnose plant and equipment faults.

This is a temp-to-perm role that becomes permanent after the medical assessment and a 2-week trial period.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your duties will include:

- Providing scheduled preventative electrical maintenance.
- Attending to breakdowns promptly.
- Offering a range of electrical services to factory plant and equipment.
- Testing, inspecting, and diagnosing plant and equipment faults.

About You:

- Australian Electrical Trade qualification is essential.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to follow instructions.
- Experience in Manufacturing and FMCG Industries is highly regarded.
- Team player with full Australian Permanent Resident Work Rights.
- Capable of passing pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screenings.
